The Dynamo U-18 team is competing in the 2010 Copa Chivas, the most prestigious youth tournament in the hemisphere, and their schedule starts today with a game against Mexican power Club America. The Dynamo just arrived last night, so hopefully they'll find their legs.

Forward Abe Matamoros will be blogging during the trip to Guadalajara, so we expect to get Abe's first blog tonight. Dynamo head coach Dominic Kinnear will attend part of the tournament, watching for talent both on the Dynamo squad and on the other teams in the tournament.

More information to follow on HoustonDynamo.com.

Yea, Lori does a great job, and the event was fantastic. Even better than last year. And we enjoyed getting a chance to eat with Richard Mulrooney, he was great. Thanks Lori!
